Through Him is a faith-driven movement combining physical endurance, service, and charity to bring hope where it’s needed most. Every challenge we take on fuels donations for causes that reflect God’s love.

Through Him began with a simple idea: combine faith, fitness, and purpose to serve others as God intended.
Each challenge - whether it’s 1,000 pushups, a long run, or a day of service - is done Through Him, not for recognition, but as a living testimony of what Christ can do through us.
We believe in:

Hi everyone! My name is Matthew Natale, a Warrior of the Through Him Foundation. I will be doing 1,000 Dips upon raising our fundraiser goal of $10,000 for One Hope, an organization with a mission to get bibles in the hands of children all over the world.
OneHope Inc
OneHope is an international ministry that is changing lives by sharing Scripture with children and youth around the world. Since 1987, we have reached more than 1.1 billion young people with a relevant Gospel message, in partnership with local churches around the world. We will reach more than 100 million young people this year alone through targeted Scripture engagement programs and products designed to meet heartfelt needs with the truth found in God's Word.

Fundraiser Campaign: 300 Ice Skating Laps for $2,500 for the National Association for Down Syndrome
When: December 20th at 6:00 PM
Where: Haymarket Iceplex (Haymarket, VA)
Hosted by: Shane Clayton & Geremi Howard
This will be both an in-person and digital fundraiser, uniting the community in support of a powerful cause. Together, we’ll skate 300 laps around the ice rink in just one hour - a reminder that when we act through Him, no challenge is too great.

Become a Through Him Warrior:
Being a Through Him Warrior means more than wearing a name - it’s about living the mission: every act for His glory. Ambassadors are people who put their faith into motion by combining physical endurance with acts of charity to make a tangible impact in Jesus’ name.
When you become a Through Him Ambassador, you’ll:

Host a Fundraising Campaign - Choose a cause that reflects Christ’s compassion.

Commit to a Physical Challenge - Match your fundraising goal with endurance.

For example: $1,000 raised = 10-mile run, or 25-mile bike ride, or 1,000 jumping jacks.

Share Your Testimony - Use your challenge to inspire others and bring glory to God.

Earn a custom Through Him tee shirt and/or hat!
You don’t need to be an athlete - just someone with a heart for service and a willingness to act Through Him.
